The Swiss Army
Triplet uses double strokes and flams.
You can lead with the RH or the LH, as it's not
an alternating rudiment.

On face value when you
look at the sticking pattern, you might not think that
you're playing double strokes in this rudiment.
Remember, the grace note to the RH flam is a left tap
stroke, and since the note before this flam is also a
left, you're essentially playing 2 notes, and hence a
double, with the left. Followed by a double with the
right.
