75 - The Swiss Army Triplet

Get Flash Player to see this player.

The Swiss Army Triplet uses double strokes and flams. You can lead with the RH or the LH, as it's not an alternating rudiment.

On face value when you look at the sticking pattern, you might not think that you're playing double strokes in this rudiment. Remember, the grace note to the RH flam is a left tap stroke, and since the note before this flam is also a left, you're essentially playing 2 notes, and hence a double, with the left. Followed by a double with the right.
