A Single Stroke Seven is made up of 7 alternating single strokes. You can play it either as 2 beats of triplets (3 per beat), or 1 beat of sextuplets (6 per beat). A good way to practice the Single Stroke Seven is to play it once through leading with the RH, then play it leading with the LH, repeat..
