Sextuplets
are exactly twice as fast as triplets, therefore you fit 6 in every beat. They are written similar to 16th notes, using either 2 flags or when joined, 2 beats. However they are always, grouped, played and written in groups of 6 per beat.

Here is a group of 6 sextuplets joined by a beam..


And here is a single sextuplet with its 2 flags, and its rest next to it with 2 flags also..
