The Single Parradiddle Diddle uses 2 single strokes to start, the first of which is an accent, then 2 hand changes of double strokes. As follows..

As with all the parradiddle rudiments, this pattern really lends itself to putting the accents on toms, keep the non accents on snare, and getting a nice roll type fill around the kit.
