The Flam Drag is a triplet rudiment that also uses sextuplets (32nd note triplets). Start with a RH flam as an accent, then play a double left as sextuplets, then a final RH triplet. That is the first half, then just play the exact opposite of that - a LH flam as an accent, a double right, then a left triplet..
