The Flamacue is an unusual rudiment, it uses a combination of flams, singles and accents. The sticking is as follows..

You can see that the first time round the accent is played as a single stroke, but to end the accent is played on a flam. This rudiment gets you used to playing flams at different dynamic levels within the one rudiment.
