Are the lessons all really 100% free? Is there a
catch?
Yes they are, no there is not. By signing
up to the members area you will receive the
occasional Big Drum newsletter or information about
new videos (many of which come from your
suggestions). Other than that, the lessons are there
to be viewed 24/7/365!
2) Why should I sign up when I can already
view your videos on Youtube?
Because you won't hear about any of our new
videos being posted, competitions being run,
giveaways, Big Drum Ezines, featured member
spotlights and more.
3) What percentage of videos do you have on Youtube,
as compared to the products they are taken from?
Even though we have 100's of videos on Youtube,
there is probably only about 20% of our total
material there. All our Youtube free videos are
snippets taken from our
digital download courses.
4) How do I get in contact with you to make
a suggestion or ask a question?
At this stage no. We are looking to keep
ongoing communications through the comments section
of each Youtube video.
6) What happens after I purchase one of your
Digital Download courses?
You get sent straight to the download page
for that product, where you may immediately start
downloading your product! No waiting, no shipping
cost, no streaming from a member area etc.
7) What happened to your Icanplaydrums
Messenger?
Unfortunately the company we were leasing
it through dropped all support through it, including
our database. Without letting us know. Unfortunately
we cannot continue the Messenger at this time. If
this changes we will certainly let you know! For now
the best thing to do is make sure you have
signed up for lessons, and make sure
jackbennett@icanplaydrums.com is white listed,
or in your accepted list of your email account.
